When we took on 87 New Square, in Chesterfield, we made a decision to treat it with the respect and love it needed as an historic building and not to treat it like a profit maximisation scheme. This is the largest self-funded development we have undertaken to date, and we have already invested over a million pounds in to restoring this beautiful building and now the scaffolding has come down she is starting to look beautiful. 1 and 2 bed apartments and penthouses will be available in the last quarter of 2023.
